Down's Syndrome Association
Provides free support, advice and information to people with Down's Syndrome and to their families, carers and interested professionals. Services offered include one to one support; group support; advice/information. National helpline 0845 2300 372 with 0114 2315500 for support to families in and across Yorkshire and Humberside.
EarlyBird Programme
The EarlyBird programme has been developed by the National Autistic Society to empower and support parents and carers of young children with a diagnosis of an autistic spectrum disorder. It is an autism specific early intervention programme. Parents meet and work with other parents of young children with autism. Services offered include group support; practical support, advice and information. Fees Charged £25.00 voluntary
Oakhill Primary
