List of planning applications received

The links below allow you to view the latest applications received by the Planning Department each week. It lists details such as the application number, site, location, proposal and case officer.

The application Nos. that are missing off the list are applications that are invalid, i.e. applications where we are waiting for further information/documents. The Nos. will appear on a future list when the application is registered.

Any comments you wish to make on an application must be received in writing within 21 days of the date on which the application was registered. Please send them to:

Copies of the applications can be inspected free of charge at the Barnsley Connects office, The Civic, Eldon Street, Barnsley, S70 2TJ during office hours Monday to Thursday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm and Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Applications, where the decision is delegated to the Assistant Director of Planning and Transportation, are marked with a 'D'

Applications which need to be referred to the Council's Planning Regulatory Board are marked with a 'C'

NB It is possible that some of the applications marked as delegated will be referred to the Planning Regulatory Board for determination as a result of objections from neighbours or for other reasons.
